1. What payments can be made through Bill Pay?
You can pay anyone in the United States from the next door neighbor, the utility company, a bank, or even a child in college across the country.

2. How late in the day can I enter, edit or delete a payment?
You may add, edit or delete payments scheduled Sunday through Friday until 10 PM CST the day before the scheduled payment date.

3. What happens if I have a scheduled payment that falls over a weekend or holiday?
Scheduled payments that fall over a weekend will be processed on Friday evening. Any new payments scheduled over that weekend will be processed on Sunday night. Holiday processing occurs the day following the holiday.

4. Are there any merchants that I can't pay through Bill Pay?
You cannot pay any government agency.

5. Can I get a copy of a cancelled check?
You can request a copy through Customer Service. There may be a fee associated with this service.

6. How long is history retained in the VIEW PAYMENT HISTORY section?
