Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much does NetTeller cost? NOTHING! (Bill Pay, which is an optional feature, incures a monthly charge.)
2. What if I want to change my access code, or what if I lose or forget my access code? You can change your Personal ID and PIN by logging into NetTeller and going to the Account Management section of the site. You can also call or e-mail First Bank to have you NetTeller ID and PIN reset back to its original state.
3. What if I want to add or delete an account to NetTeller? Please contact First Bank and accounts can be added or deleted from being accessed on NetTeller.
4. What if someone tries to log into my NetTeller account by guessing the Access Code? After three tries without entering the correct Access Code, access to your NetTeller account will be deactivated until you contact a Customer Service Representative at First Bank and have your account reset.
5. Is NetTeller secure? Yes, First Bank has implemented nationally recognized; sophisticated networking architecture consisting of date encryption thoughout the transmission to prevent unauthorized access or interception.
6. How long before my transactions are posted to my account? Transactions are posted "real time" which means they post immediately. However, transfers made after 3 pm, are posted as next day.
