The following is a list of items that are generally required to complete a mortgage loan:
- The address(s) of your primary residence(s) for the past two years.
- The name and address of each of your employers for the past two years.
- Copies of your W-2 Wages Statements for income taxes for the past two years.
- A copy of your pay stubs for the last 30 days.
- If you are self-employed, copies of your income tax returns for the past two years.
- Copies of your bank statements for 3 months for all checking and savings accounts.
- Information on all loan and credit cards with outstanding balances.
- Evidence of the source of your down payment and closing costs if other than checking or savings. The amount of the down payment and closing costs will vary depending on the loan program you choose. The source of your down payment and closing costs may include money in your checking, savings, or brokerage accounts, from the sale or refinancing of another house, a gift from a family member, or a secured debt such as an auto loan.
The mortgage loan application is very specific for each loan program and has certain disclosures that must be given to you at the time you apply for a loan. Because of this, we have not included a mortgage loan application on our web site. Please contact one of mortgage loan officers about receiving an application for the loan program you are interested.
